Private Vacation Club

Rent your home's empty nights to friends and acquaintances through your own Private Vacation Club.  You can finally charge market value (or any price you like) for your primary or vacation home while avoiding the socially awkward conversations over price and availability with your friends.  Peace of mind is yours since you already know each guest.

To get started, we we will create your home’s unique reservations site at http://YourName.TrustedGuests.com that only your friends can access.  Then describe your home in words and photos and tell us who your friends are. All we ask is that you keep your home's available dates updated in the calendar and the home is prepared for each guest's arrival.  Your friends can now reserve your home whenever it is available and make payment by credit card.

As a member of the Trusted Guests community, you will soon be able to easily select and schedule your home’s service providers online.  Until then, we will be your personal concierge (for homes in the United States).  Send us a note when you need something such as cleaners, lawn care or pool maintenance, and we will send our recommendations.  If you wish, we will contact and schedule the services for you.  Of course you may select any service provider, including those you already use.
